Official email and social posts
Publisher emails and verified social channels can carry gifts. Use the sender and destination domain, not the message design, to decide whether a link is legitimate.
Promo codes are different from reward links
Bingo Blitz also has a documented Promo Code feature:

Use free Power Ups when they support the objective in front of you. Avoid spending several resources to chase one collection item without checking whether friends, requests or another room provide a lower-cost path.
