Scopely has not announced the next Golden Blitz and publishes no calendar for it. The table below records 10 past occurrences, each with the gold stickers it unlocked. Gaps between them run from 3 to 26 days, so the pattern is the only guide. The record stands as published 25 August 2026.

The Golden Blitz is run by Scopely inside the app listed under App Store ID 1621328561. It is not a redeem code, it is not the ordinary daily sticker trade allowance, and it is not a fixed calendar event you can plan a diary around.

That row is a prediction, and it is marked Expected for that reason. The sticker pair comes from a community poll on the official Discord server, which runs shortly before most windows open. A poll result is a strong signal and it is not a commitment, so nothing on this page will tell you a date is fixed when Scopely has fixed nothing.

Each row was rebuilt from three independent lists rather than copied from one, which is how the two disputed dates surfaced. Rows marked Conflicting have an agreed sticker pair and a contested date, and they stay visible with that flag rather than being quietly resolved in favour of whichever source was easiest to read.

The rule the pattern implies

State it as a rule and it holds up: the Golden Blitz is not periodic, it is tied to the sticker album cycle.

  • Early in an album, expect nothing. The longest gaps on record, of more than three weeks, both sit immediately after a new album or season opened.
  • Late in an album, expect a burst. Four separate windows landed inside ten days on the run to one album deadline, spaced 3 days apart.
  • Between those extremes sit gaps of 4, 6, 7 and 8 days. Only 2 of the 9 gaps on record fall inside the 4 to 6 day interval quoted elsewhere, and the record as a whole runs from 3 days to 26 days, so no single figure describes the spacing. The album cycle drives it, not a timer.
  • Featured pairs skew towards stickers from the album currently closing, so the poll result is usually drawn from the sets people are still missing.

The practical version is simple. Stop watching the calendar and start watching the album deadline, because that is the variable Scopely is actually responding to.

How the Golden Blitz works

  1. Wait for a window to open. A live Blitz shows an icon at the side of the game board and an entry with a countdown in the events menu.
  2. Check which two gold stickers are featured. Only those two unlock. Every other gold sticker in the album stays locked for the whole window.
  3. Check you hold a duplicate of a featured sticker. You cannot send one you only own a single copy of.
  4. Open the Blitz screen, pick the sticker you want to send, and pick a friend from your list.
  5. Send it. You get five sends of each featured sticker per day, and that allowance sits outside your ordinary daily sticker trade limit.
  6. Ask for the one you need. Receiving does not draw on your own allowance, so two players holding opposite duplicates can each fill a gap in the same window.

Where the Golden Blitz gets announced first

These are the only channels Scopely distributes from. Everything else, this page included, is downstream of them.

The Discord poll is the earliest usable signal, because it names the likely sticker pair before the window opens. The in game events menu is the only confirmation, because it is the only place a countdown for a live window exists. If you are stockpiling rolls for the album push, Monopoly GO free dice links, dated row by row records which drops are still inside their claim window.

Why you cannot see the Golden Blitz event

  • No window is running. This is almost always the answer, and no amount of restarting produces an event that is not live.
  • Your album is not unlocked yet, so the trading system it hangs off is not available.
  • Your app build has not refreshed. A restart clears this.
  • You are looking at the wrong screen. The Blitz has its own icon at the side of the board rather than living inside the sticker album.

What to do while no window is open

Preparation is the whole game here, because a window opens with roughly a day of notice and closes before most people have found a duplicate. Bank sticker packs rather than opening them the moment they land, and keep the duplicates you would otherwise trade away.

Milestone rewards are the reliable pack source, and Tycoon Club milestone rewards sets out which tiers pay in packs rather than rolls. Rolls themselves come faster from the dated drops in the dice link archive than from waiting on the in game timer.

What is circulating falsely

What is circulatingWhy it is wrongWhere it came from
Published Golden Blitz calendars listing future dates as fixed scheduleScopely publishes no calendar. Every future date on those pages is a projection from past gaps, and the gaps on record vary by a factor of eight, so a projection presented as a schedule is a guess with a table around it.Sticker shops and aggregator sites that need a date on the page to rank for the schedule query.
Gold sticker generators and Blitz trade bots that ask for your account nameA Blitz trade happens inside the app between two accounts already on each other’s friend list. Where sources disagree

ItemWhat one source saysWhat the other saysWhat we could confirm
The date of the Kent Brockman and Pickled Eggs occurrenceOne outlet lists it three days earlier with no sticker pair attachedTwo independent trackers list it on the later date with the pair namedNot confirmed. The sticker pair is agreed, the date is not, and the row is marked Conflicting.
The date of the Blinky and Sad Schmuck occurrenceOne outlet lists it two days earlierTwo independent trackers list it on the later date with the same pairNot confirmed. Two days is too large to be a timezone conversion, so the row stays Conflicting.
Whether the next Golden Blitz has already runA sticker shop lists the expected pair in its schedule table as a completed eventAn outlet and a fan tracker both call the same pair a prediction that Scopely has not confirmedNot confirmed as run. The row stays in the expected table, listed as awaiting editor verification, until the event is observed in the app.
How long one occurrence lastsSeveral sources say a flat 24 hoursOthers say 15 to 18 hours, and one describes windows as short as a few hoursNot confirmed. Every dated window on this page spans two calendar dates, which is consistent with roughly a day but does not settle the exact figure.
How often the event runsOne tracker states a flat interval of 4 to 6 daysAn outlet states roughly three times a month, clustered at the end of an album and absent at the start of a new oneThe dated table supports the second description. Gaps on record run from 3 days to 26 days, so a flat interval does not fit the evidence.

What we could not verify

No row on this page is publisher confirmed, and none can be. Scopely runs the Golden Blitz as an in-app event with no published calendar, no press note and no permanent post, so there is no publisher record to check a date against after the window shuts. Every row therefore rests on one reputable outlet plus two fan trackers, which is tier 2 and tier 3 evidence with no tier 0 or tier 1 anywhere. Two rows carry dates the outlet and the trackers disagree on by two and three days and are marked Conflicting rather than resolved. The next occurrence is not announced by anyone: the sticker pair circulating for it comes from a community Discord poll, one tracker labels it unconfirmed and a shop site prints it as already completed. The 05:00 UTC start time comes from a single tracker and no other source states a time at all. Nothing here was observed in the app by this desk.

Nothing here is Verified, and the reason is structural rather than lazy: there is no publisher artefact to check against once a window shuts. The evidence rules behind every row explain why three sources agreeing still leaves a row listed as awaiting editor verification when none of them is the publisher.

How rechecks are recorded

Rechecks are recorded on this page as editors make them. A row whose Last checked column reads not yet has not been tested by an editor.

Occurrences cluster rather than repeat on a fixed interval. Gaps on record run from 3 days to 26 days. The short gaps land in the closing weeks of a sticker album, when several Blitz windows can run inside ten days, and the long gaps land immediately after a new album or season opens, when the event goes quiet for three to four weeks. Expect nothing early in an album and expect a burst as its deadline approaches.

Frequently asked questions

When is the next Golden Blitz in Monopoly Go?

It is not announced. Scopely publishes no Golden Blitz calendar, so nobody outside the studio has a date until the event appears in the game. The expected row on this page carries a predicted sticker pair from a community Discord poll, labelled Expected because that is what it is. Every date presented elsewhere as a confirmed schedule is a projection from past gaps.

How often does the Golden Blitz happen?

Roughly two or three times a month across a full album cycle, but the spacing is not even. The dated table on this page shows gaps as short as three days and as long as twenty six days. Short gaps cluster in the closing weeks of a sticker album. Long gaps follow the launch of a new album or season, when the event stops entirely for several weeks.

How long does a Golden Blitz last?

Sources split on this. Most say a flat twenty four hours, some say fifteen to eighteen hours, and one describes windows of only a few hours. Every dated window in the table spans two calendar dates, which fits roughly a day but does not settle the figure. Treat the countdown shown in the in game events menu as the only reliable answer for the window you are in.

How many gold stickers can you trade during a Golden Blitz?

Five sends of each featured gold sticker per day, and that allowance is counted separately from your ordinary daily sticker trade limit. You can only send a featured sticker if you hold a duplicate of it. Receiving one costs you nothing from your own allowance, so a pair of players who both hold duplicates can fill two gaps in a single window.

Can you trade gold stickers outside a Golden Blitz?

No. Gold stickers are locked from trading at all other times, which is the entire reason the event exists. Even during a window, only the two featured stickers unlock. Every other gold sticker in your album stays locked until it is featured in a later window, and no setting, purchase or friend request changes that.

How do you get gold stickers in Monopoly Go?

Gold stickers drop from sticker packs, and the higher tier packs earned through event milestones and tournament placings carry the better odds. A Blitz window does not create gold stickers, it only unlocks trading for two of them. That is why preparation matters, because without a duplicate of a featured sticker already in hand you have nothing to send when the window opens.

Why can I not see the Golden Blitz event in my game?

Almost always because no window is running. A live Blitz puts an icon at the side of the game board and an entry with a countdown in the events menu, so if neither is there the event is not on. The other causes are an album you have not unlocked yet and an app build that has not refreshed, which a restart clears.

What time does a Golden Blitz start?

One tracker records a start of 05:00 UTC for most windows and 04:00 UTC for one. No other source states a time, and Scopely states nothing, so treat that as a single source observation rather than a rule. It also explains why two trackers can list the same event a calendar date apart, because they convert the same start into different local times.

Which stickers will be in the next Golden Blitz?

A community poll on the official Discord server decides the pair, and the result circulates before the event opens. That makes the pair a strong signal and still not a confirmation, because Scopely can and does depart from it. The expected row on this page names the pair currently circulating and marks it as a prediction rather than a listing.
